Very weird set up of questions for the first two interviews. Whole process was a total waste of time. Went through three rounds and was never contacted after after they told me they would follow up. Rude and disrespectful.

Who you interview with will be your manager if hired. They really just want to get to know you and find out if you can be trained to do sales, but you can come from any background.
