There were in total 4 rounds which included 2 coding rounds (1st round easy to medium leetcode problems and 2nd round medium to hard problem) 3rd round was architecture design round - which went well. Discussed company review platform (db design, apis needed, handling scale, async processing etc) Last round was with the VP and was about past experience, we went deep into one of my favourite project. Discussed around the architecture etc. All the rounds went really well and I even received positive feedback from the HR. HR asked to send over few documents (current employer offer letter, appraisal letter, pay slips etc) They took around 4-5 days to decide next steps, then HR calls and says no offer -_- There was no feedback for the same, just one thing they mentioned is that my expertise doesn't match with the role that they are hiring! wow! Please stop wasting our time! Why go through all the rounds with positive feedback and then say expertise doesn't match!
