It was easy and basic and you should just prepare some "how to sell stuff" answers and professional background or language preparations if you are working in foreign language and why you would work with them.

for the customer services agent they test iq level and typing skills and of course the english level as the interview is in english also the interview was for a group not individuals
The interview process was very good, I attended the walk-in interview. There were 4 rounds to it.
1) Introduce yourself
2) Choose any 1 topic out of 7 topics and describe it for 1 minute
3) Online Assessment
4) Selected then Offer Letter
