Etkin has a group interview process; everyone starts with the whole team. It is a bit off-putting; and some of the questions are a little pointed. The second interviews are longer and they take you to the site.

Long, tedious, repetitive process. Something felt off during the last interview. Lots of overlap in each interview, felt like I was being interviewed to become CEO. Definitely not a great experience and would have turned down an offer had I received one.
