I applied directly to their website. After a couple of weeks, they emailed me a test specific to the position to be submitted within 24 hours. Then they called me after about one month, and arranged for a phone interview. Despite the long recruiting process, the phone interview went very well and the questions asked were mostly focused on my CV and the role itself. On their side, they profusely apologized about the delay in the process. Unfortunately, their choice went to another candidate, but they notified it to me as soon as possible.
