I applied through a referral and received a coding challenge from a recruiter about 2 weeks later. Another week later a different recruiter reaches out and asks for a phone screen. That was scheduled for the next week. On the day of the phone screen the recruiter sent an email, after the interview was supposed to start, to reschedule to the next day. The same situation happened on the next day except I had waited 15 minutes of the 20 minute call. He sent another email saying to push it to the next day again even though I said I was unavailable. He ignored the email and called anyway. He was rude throughout the entire call and cut me off after each sentence as if he was in a rush to get it over with. An hour later, I got a rejection email. Very disappointed in Etsy.
