The interview was casual. The manager I interviewed with was very friendly and made me felt welcomed the entire time. It was helpful to hear an overview of what would be expected for the hostess position and what exact skills they were looking for.

Overall, it was a great experience. They asked me about my past experiences and how well I collaborated with others on a team. I didn't have any past restaurant experience so they asked me how I felt about the past pace nature of a restaurant.

Can you describe how you have collaborated with a team in the past?
very smooth, very informative, fairly short, but very nice and easy questions and calm. not bad. would do it again. just be prepared as usual. that’s about it, at least i would say.
The interview was pretty casual and laid back. Was asked some questions surrounding working well with a team and my ability to handle multiple tasks well. Overall a pretty good interview process.
