Was contacted by a recruiter and put in touch with one of their very nice hiring guys. Filled out a short personality test which they said gave good results. Went in for an in-person interview the next week, which consisted of talking to the hiring guy I had talked to and 4 of their senior engineers. Some of the guys were fun to talk to, one of them liked talking a lot, and another was just plain rude and egotistic.
