A waste of time phone interview. Recruiter was more interested hearing platitudes than about my experience. Typed more than he listened. Canned generic meaningless questions. Experience ignored, referrals ignored. They follow a template and want BS responses. Recruiter knew next to nothing about the actual position and without doubt had zero lab experience. Don’t expect a timely response.

What is your current salary is the most important to them. My advice. Don’t answer. They claim they can’t tell you what they would be able to pay as they don’t want to offend current employees.

screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
