Overall pretty fast responding. The first interview was over the phone, the second interview was through skype with the lab group leader. The phone interview was more difficult because I could not really tell if the recruiter's reactions to my answers were positive or negative. The second interview was a lot more personable and the group leader was very easy to talk to.

Initial phone screening followed by a virtual Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring managers. The interview began with one of the hiring mangers describing the company and how it was operated. Follow by a breif mostly non-technical questioning.

Very short interview process, interview was only 15 minutes. Seemed like they had selected another candidate and were interviewing me for the courtesy, waste of everyone's time. Interviewer did not seem like he was very knowledgeable.
