First contacted by HR, very casual talk. Then HR set up a meeting with hiring manager after a week or so. The hiring manager is very approachable. He introduced himself and the department first, then he gave the floor to me. Pretty standard interview questions. Got the result same day.

Initial phone screening followed by a virtual Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring managers. The interview began with one of the hiring mangers describing the company and how it was operated. Follow by a breif mostly non-technical questioning.

Very short interview process, interview was only 15 minutes. Seemed like they had selected another candidate and were interviewing me for the courtesy, waste of everyone's time. Interviewer did not seem like he was very knowledgeable.
