15 minute HR interview covering 2 or 3 behavioral questions and then 1 week later, a panel interview on Microsoft Teams with 3 scientists. The job was advertised for Eurofins Central Laboratory and Eurofins Scientific but turned out to be for Eurofins PSS - an insourcing wing of Eurofins at a client location. That was not what was upsetting to me. What upset me was that they advertised for a synthetic peptide chemist job but obviously were interviewing for an instrumental specialist in HPLC at the client site - 2 very different roles. All the scientists and HR people were very casual and friendly and though rejected, per the Eurofins HR policy, I was promised my application would be considered for any future roles being interviewed for in the company. I was extremely unimpressed with the company, however because of their huge job advertising mistakes and 1 gaffe by a manager on the final interviewing team (I asked her what Eurofins company I was interviewing for and she responded extremely rudely by asking me if I wanted the job or not).
