First interview with the Group Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, just a first introduction call then I received a invitation to complete the assessment TEST:
"Cubiks Factors"
"Logiks General (Advanced)"
Then I received the result of the test very fast and very fast I received the notice I was reject.
Overall the selection based mainly on the Test was very bad.

The call was friendly just generic questions while the test is impossible to pass if you do not practice with.

There was a fisrt interview/screening call with the head hunter for the role, followed by an online video call with the business line manager. After that would have followed an interview with the local general manager and then a psychometric assessment would have followed.
I got several interviews and tests including abstract reasoning test, numeric test among others, and when you show up in their office, they will ask you to do a similar test again...
The whole process lasts about more than 1 month, and in the end, you will be invited to Brussels to meet the team and stakeholders. Be aware that the stakeholders will probably be french people (at least most of them), so you will need to understand the way they communicate in English.
The funny part is their culture: they would like to hire people with entrepreneurship spirit but during the interviews, nothing related to that will be asked and more questions related to "behavioral interview questions".
In the end, if you were not selected, they might give you very vague feedback.
And the pay is very low compared to the market average.......
