I got a call from Ranstad(Consultancy) and the process started on 21st june the 1st technical interview and then on 29th june,they scheduled my manger round and i got positive feedback with the mail asking for all the documents and on the same day i got a call from the project manager pof europhins asking for the shifts and i was ok for any shifts.then when istarted asking for the hr round they said they need to generate my PUID after one week i got msg from my cosultant that it is genefrated and now they going to release my offer.Agin i started calling for the offer and they said they going to schedule again managerial round with the US project manager.and it went well.After waiting 2 days i got the feedback from my consultancy that they are not giving proper response and they are telling like they will again hire some candidate and then they will onboard you.It was really shocking experience i have never expected such from this kind of so called product based organization.Please be aware of it.DONT LET YOUSELF TO GET FOOL IN THIS KIND OF TRAP.

1) Written Test 2) Technical Face to Face 3) Manager 4) HR round Though it was a scheduled interview, It took almost a full day to attend all the rounds.
