The assessment and interview process took about three to four weeks. I had two phone interviews, second was a small case study where I role-played as a researcher, material was provided.

What experience do you have in conducting research
The folks were really nice and had behavioral stage as well as a case study stage. Recruiter was professional and prompt. Had to turn down for another job but would recommend
The first stage was a phone screen interview and then hiring managers interview asking about your market research experience, last stage was a IQ test (simple maths) in general was a pretty easy process

Within ten days of sending over my application, I got an invitation to interview for 30 minutes. The aim was to learn about your profile, previous experience and capacity to do the job. Then also hear questions I have on the job etc. Then was asked to complete test within first week. Test is very easy analytical questions are basic math, but the abstract reasoning a bit harder but it's just a question of practice.
