Simple yet effective recruitment process. I send an email to the hiring staff and a week after I got a chance to do an interview with the HR. And after that, I got the offer.

Within ten days of sending over my application, I got an invitation to interview for 30 minutes. The aim was to learn about your profile, previous experience and capacity to do the job. Then also hear questions I have on the job etc. Then was asked to complete test within first week. Test is very easy analytical questions are basic math, but the abstract reasoning a bit harder but it's just a question of practice.

How would deal with a research task that didn't go well?
The first stage was a phone screen interview and then hiring managers interview asking about your market research experience, last stage was a IQ test (simple maths) in general was a pretty easy process
