On line application
On line assessment: there are too question for the time you have. If I did remember well there were 40 question in 20 min so they did not expect you to do all but as much as you can. So answer quickly even if you are not 100% sure otherwise you loose time.
On line motivational interview: 4 questions for 3 min of answer each.
