The interview, taking place in late 2020, was conducted online and lasted around one hour. Most questions were modelled after the STAR method. Others were related to some legal controversies that were being raised in my country at the time. All in all the interview felt demanding but fair.

The interview committee includes three persons: Two from Human Resources and one is a senior lawyer. It takes nearly 30-45 minutes. Most of the questions are competency based interview questions and they want from you to give examples from professional experiences. But they also ask questions about the Court's case law.
