A two phase interview. In the 1st part I was interviewed on general aspects and I was asked to do an exercise for the 2nd part of the interview. On the 2nd part, I presented the exercise and replied on relevant technical questions from the interviewer.

A single quick interview with team leader. He asked about my working experience, my studies and some personal projects. Some technical questions, then some personal about my availability and my demands.After that, he told me that I had to do an extra test bu one day after that interview they called me to offer me the salary I asked.

First step was an one hour contact with the HR. HR was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable, focused on my skills and asked the right questions.
Then I took a 3 days tasks with 7 steps. Last step was a face-to-face interview. People in the company seemed very strict and the company seemed very structured.
Didn't end up with an offer unfortunatelly but I would definetely recommend this company as a job place.
