A panel of six people, some are asking questions some are taking notes. Very formal and uncomfortable. It doesn't allow you to introduce yourself and speak comfortably about your interest nor experience. It felt as though none of the panelists actually read the CV or the motivation letter.

Sent an application with a motivation letter and cv via email. I received an answer within a week and the interview was set for the next. Questions on previous experiences, skills, knowledge of the country and motivation. The interview lasted around twenty minutes.
