Received an email from HR stating they received my resume and would like to set up a phone interview. 2 days later i had a 15 minute long conversation with a HR recruiter. She asked basic interview questions. "Tell me about yourself" "what do you know about the company" etc. About 1 week after my phone interview I was invited to a location for a in person interview with the reservations manager. She was really sweet and the interview was quick and painless. They email you a script to memorize and at the end of the interview they ask you to do a role play thing and recite it.
