I applied online for a Wax Associate position. A few weeks later I was contacted by a manager for a phone interview. We scheduled an in person interview. I met with two managers. We went over standard interview questions. They explained the position and expectations. I received a phone call with a job offer the same day.I returned a few days later to fill out paperwork.

I had a brief phone screening interview, followed by a personal interview with the hiring manager and then with the Regional Manager. I was told I would be notified within a period of three working days, but was not called and offered the position until 5 days later. Regional Manager was late for the interview.
