Overall very good, taken for a coffee, interested in my work experience and keen to know if I had an interest in cycling. Both the store manager and area manager conducted the interview and it was fairly calm and simple.

Was off site at a cafe , last about 15-20 minutes, got asked around 6-7 Questions, the area manager was keen to get someone in as soon as possible, store manager was very positive

It was average, not brilliant not terrible, not rocket science. They know that people don't really want to forge a career out of Evans so you'll probably get the job if you know a little about bikes.
