First section is a phone call (CEO/CTO) where they walk through your experience, which is followed by an online programming test. Once on-site, you'll be asked about what's on your resume, and then walked through various technical questions. Pretty relaxed interview atmosphere so don't be surprised if minor ribbing happens between the interviewers -- they swore they don't hate each other, so... One of the few companies that actually offers feedback after their hiring decisions, so the process alone is worth going through.
