One phone recruiter interview, then a design / portfolio review that lasts roughly an hour long. The people I spoke to were kind and friendly. They really take the time and care to get to know their applicants and their strengths. I really enjoyed speaking to the team members at Evenset.

Colloquio
It was a 2 step interview with one being the first phone call with the CEO and CFO to talk about my past career and the company. Second interview, they brought me in the office to meet with the CEO and CFO to review my portfolio and ask questions about my UX decisions on my case studies. They also asked why I am interested in their company and how I can improve their design process since they only have 2 contractors. It took about 2 weeks before they came back saying they went with someone else. It would be great to provide some feedback to their candidates with the rejection.
