It started strange. But when I got to meet with the HR Director it was great. She was nice, polite, and very informative. A good balance of professional and personable. She was able to answer all of my questions. She told me everything about their benefits and knew all the details I wanted to know. She asked great insightful questions. And the way she talked about the company culture, team and the owner I could tell how much she loved her job and everyone there. It really made me want to work there. I've been looking for a great place to work and this is the first interview that I've had that made me feel like this place is what I've been looking for. At first the process was really strange I talked to some kind of rep for the company but they didn't work for the company which is weird. Then I talked to a nice guy but it was obvious that interviewing and HR wasn't his job. Because I could tell he hadn't done interviews that much. Once I talked to the HR lady, Stephany was the first time I decided I wanted the job. Before then the other people was so busy interrogating me they didn't take the time to do a real professional interview with me. But the HR lady made up for it all.
