The interview process was straightforward and all virtual, typical process. The hiring manager acted as the recruiter since it was a recruitment position that reported directly under her. Started with an initial phone screen, 30 minutes then a second follow up that was longer.

She mostly asked basic questions around what types of ATS systems I’d used. Shared they used ADP. Another question was around ways I sourced for talent.
