I was contacted by phone to set up a phone interview. I was then contacted by a receptionist or assistant and asked basic questions. What was my availability, was I willing to work part time, was I willing to work afternoons, what were my salary expectations etc. At the end of the phone "interview" a in person interview was scheduled.
