After submitting the application, I had to complete a pre-recorded video interview process. The following step was a live video interview conducted via Google Meets with a member of Evercore’s Early Talent Recruitment. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes.

First round Video Interview- Mostly standard behavioural questions examining your cv and cover letter and understanding motivations for working in IB with limited technical questions involving accounting and valuations. Also there was one brain teaser question.

Process is quite intense as you have to prepare a deck for your individual presentation within 7 days of invitation.
