It consisted of an initial application, then a HireVue which asked typical HireVue quesitons, 3 of them. Then it was a video interview with an external company, like a HR interview. I was asked simple motivational questions e,g Why do you think the culture align with you etc.

It was Hirevue then Assestment Centres. I needed to record a video for the Hirevue, but afterwards I didn't get an offer back to go to the later interview stages.
