The interview process was mediated by internal recruiter. The team was professional. R1 interviewer was professional and conducted the interview in an appropriate manner. R2 interviewer was fairly preoccupied and wanted to go out as someone interrupted the interview midway. The interviewer responded with I'll be there in 2 minutes and missed noticing the call was not on mute.

There are four rounds starting with the alignment call wherein they check if the candidate is suitable and then two case studies round and other discussion. After that, they have a discussion with Managing Partner. I went through entire four rounds wherein after having the alignment call already we again that in fourth round with a VP and a PD wherein they didn't have the basic courtesy on talking, switching on camera for the discussion asking random open ended question and expecting a straight one word answer. Then VP made a remark on how they have better culture and compared my firm culture with his experience as a summer intern wherein he faced politics. I was like WHATTTT. - Red Flag !! Then he was just trying to sell me or convince himself (not sure) on how they have flat hierarchy. I had another call scheduled but wanted to say on his face that how its the same for us. Anyway, they are all remote and definitely some good talented people but that's limited to strategy practice. Make sure which practice you are interviewing for.

After the qualification round with the HR, there will ve 2 case study rounds and one partner round. Case study was based on selecting the right location for a venture and a profitability case. Partner round was more concerned with fitment, attitude to problem solving etc.
