I was reached out on linked in and then set up a phone screening with a lady who called to interview me. She was not very interactive and did not really seem excited to interview me. The interview was very basic but it was just question after qustion.

Was contacted on LinkedIn by a sourcing specialist, saying they thought I’d be a good fit based on my resume. Had an initial phone screening, and then scheduled a face to face the next week. Followed up and didn’t hear back from anyone for a month, even after sending emails, making phone calls and leaving voicemails. Incredibly unprofessional and ironic how terrible they are at communication considering they’re in the recruiting business.
