interviewed with 3-4 hiring managers. then shadowing for a couple of hours. Overall interview lasted about 3-4 hours. Shadowing session is a great time to ask lots of questions. They base hiring decisions off panel interview as well as the feedback from the people they shadowed. Be sure to let personality shine through, be sure to ask a couple of questions at the end of the interview. Potential questions to ask, what is a typical day like for you? what is the hardest thing you've had to deal with? how to do you stay organized? If you have not recruited before it is a lot of information and kind of overwhelming, but be sure to be attentive and focused during the shadowing session. Very large office, and a lot of people. Hiring managers interview you from each team and then you typically shadow the senior recruiters in the company.

Had a great first couple of interviews with recruiter. Once I was passed to the local office staff, nobody ever got back to me. I was told it was because they were OOO on an office trip to Mexico. Still never called me back when they returned so I wrote them off.

Phone interview and then an in-person interview on site to meet the account managers, recruiters and lead manager. It’s a fairly direct process with one-on-one interviews. Soon after the interview, HR contacted me about offering the position.
