phone interview with Apex rep, then skype interview with client rep, during the initial interview with Apex rep. I was asked a series of technical questions, to test my skill set a basic troubleshooting skills, then during the skype interview with WGU IT manager I was asked some additional questions as to how I would approach various help desk questions, like network connectivity logon credentials, printer setup, virus detection, user account management and other related questions

First phone call interview. Pretty basic stuff. The advertisement was for a Level II tech, but then I got low-balled for the pay. Very low. This tactic gives recruiters a bad name....

Was contacted by a recruiter a week or two after applying online. The interview was nice & casual via Skype video chat. The recruiter was really friendly and had good questions regarding DHCP, TCP/IP,DNS, and various technical questions in "If, Then" format.
Overall I think it went well, I was forwarded to a Dell Services representative for another exam/interview via Skype regarding screen-sharing on Windows which I have to complete today!

There was a 2 step interview process. A behavioral phone interview with the recruiter and a technical interview at a Apex location. The entire process took about 2 weeks. Technical Questions were pretty standard based on the role. There were a total of 6 questions. If you scored above 80% you got the job offer on the pre-req that your background and drug screening came back good.
