Phone interview with the recruiter, asked several really technical questions about my experience using various software tools, they seemed to have actually gotten to know the job I was applying for, most companies ask you what you would do in this situation, or that event, this one was very technical in nature, and I appreciated it.

The position was clearly described. The entire cycle took 4 days from initial contact to hire. Onboarding is a slow and painful process. Apparently, they do not have someone start within two days after offering the position.

Initial screening is a quick call just to confirm the fit and rate. This was straight forward and easy to do prior to moving to client interviews. I appreciated the ease.
