Two step interview process, great experience. Everyone was so friendly and responsive. Really enjoyed the process. Overall great company. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes staffing and sales. You meet with everyone through teams which is nice to be able to see faces.

A thorough interview process that deep dives into your sales background, quota + attainment, sales cycle lengths, entrepreneurial spirit/ disposition, and thought processing. Beyond this, you will meet with various managers who will assess you for culture fit (they like hungry go-getters and people-persons who aren't afraid to pick up the phone)

Call with recruiter as a 1st step then had a video call with the manager who was hiring for the role. She then had me meet with one other manager as a final step before I received my offer!
