It was straightforward, mostly assess our communication skills, working under pressure and technical skills. Contains of 2 rounds, if you combine with third party it's 3 rounds. 1 round with third party contractor, one with company's TL and Manager and one with Company's HR.

A very polite lady from the HR dep. called me a few days later and asked me for a phone screening ,supposedly some kind of an HR preliminary interview . I accepted of course and after a couple days she called me . I realised I was on speaker and the HR lady told me that also the hiring manager was present. She started asking questions apparently dictated by the hiring manager while the manager kept quiet . From the conversation I understood that they were silently communicating. Just to hear the manager's voice I decided to ask a few general questions myself , only to be answered in the most indifferent manner. Never heard from them again!!!
