An initial phone call with the recruiter helped to make sure I was applying for the right position within the company based on my skills. Then I had a peer interview. For the final round I completed a project and presented it to a panel of managers.

I was asked how I would handle a variety of customer interactions, as well as questions about how I function within a team.
One of the smoothest interview processes ever. They moved quickly and the recruiter was very communicative and kept me updated throughout each step. The interviews consisted of a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, a panel interview, and a project/presentation round.

3+ month long process with 5+ rounds of interviews and a project and presentation. Main positive was the people I got to meet, but the big miss was how few people on the interviews were those you would work with day-to-day, the vast majority were from various levels of leadership.
