I went through four step throughout the enrollment process, 1. HR interview, 2. Take home Frontend test due in 7 days 3. User interview with Engineering Manager and Senior Frontend Engineer 4. User interview with VP of Engineering Then I got offering in several days. The interviews went smooth, especially the interviewer, they are very kind. The HR interview mostly the same with the other Screening interview. Then they would gave us take home test specifically for Frontend. After sent the finished task, they contacted me to do an Interview with the Engineering Manager and the Senior Frontend, they asking about our last job, tech stack, our porto folio and some behavioral question. The last interview was with the VP of Engineering. It's about our knowledge regarding the role, some open-ended / behavioral question, and our opinion about some technology and development flow. The benefit were pretty good for me, in the end I got offer from another company first before theirs. It's a pity even though I interviewed with Evermos first and that it only 2 days difference between the offer and It was weekend.

The first test before the interview was to create a simple e-commerce site that needed to follow specific requirements within 3 days. After I completed the task and fulfilled all the requirements, I pushed it to a private repository and invited two Evermos Frontend Engineers. However, they didn't accept the invitation, even after I invited them three times over the course of 3 weeks (since the invitation expired every week). After 4 weeks, I finally received a rejection email. I was speechless since I got rejected before they even had a chance to see the source code. I have been rejected by many companies over the last 4 years of my career, but I have never been rejected in this manner. It was an unprofessional act by this company.
