Two stage interview process. The 1st with was with the h.r person via phone call and the 2nd was a video interview with the founder via video call. Normal screening questions during the h.r call and then more in depth questions with the founder for the 2nd call. The founder decided to have his lunch whilst we were having an 'interview' which was absolutely ridiculous.
