No interview process. Anyone takes the interview either HR, Senior person or MD (if avaialble). No set of question to decide whether candidate is right for the post or not. On answering just keep on saying "YES" that i know this particular task and you are pass. what the heck it is. Thay are so lazy even to take proper interview.
