I applied to Eversight through a referral and was contacted by the recruiter. She was thorough and transparent about their process, company culture, and ideal candidate profile. I felt supported and set up for success right from the beginning.
Interview Process
Eversight has a fully remote interview process that consists of 5 total calls from initial screen with recruiter, chat with hiring manager, and 3 additional calls with sales leadership. They were extremely efficient in moving through each stage, while keeping me informed of feedback from each call. They were also willing to work within my schedule which further accelerated the timeline. I was able to move through the process and had a decision back within a week. They had a clear idea of what they were looking for and acted accordingly. It was an incredible experience from start-to-finish.
