I was contacted by David Tuminello about my interest in the position. We did a 15 minute phone screen and he felt that I was excellent for the position. I really appreciate David because he was the one who got my foot in the door. He always followed up with me after every interview I had with the Everspring team to see how things went. He made sure I was properly prepared for each interview as well. David also did not waste time in getting my interviews scheduled. He made sure that I got those interviews and had the opportunity to demonstrate why I would be a great fit. I have never had a recruiter who made me feel comfortable and so excited about a job. I interviewed with a total of 6 individuals and although that seems like a lot, they were all awesome. I enjoyed my interview process and would do it all over again.

A joke. There several rounds of interviews spanning many weeks with questions like “what kind of super power would you want” This is an entry level position where they just require you to be on the phones all day. When I questioned why this process was so long I was told ,”my sister was looking for a job and some places never even called her back”
