The interview was over the phone, it went very smooth. Asked questions about computer work , if I could multitask. Very straight forward, they tell you what they are looking for in the job. Mentioned that you get training before being on your own.

It was very nice. Took me around to meet the staff. Told me a lot about what I would be doing and asking a lot of questions about my past jobs.
