Often management must start in the field to learn the process before moving into the management position. 70% of the management position involves field training and we believe training is best when the trainers have had field experience. We will consider hiring directly into the management role if you’ve had similar management experience. We’ve done this in the past with success. While we can’t promise the world we do have the best comp package in the industry and we are very excited about the growth we are experiencing. We still believe in play hard/work hard and our culture reflects it. While we do have high income earners it’s not an easy job and absolutely is hard work. But it’s rewarding, helping local businesses and their employees and it pays well to do it which we believe is a great work situation. I hope that helps clarify. Best of luck!
