The interview process was very in-depth, and I got an opportunity to meet people from various team, total of 8 interviews. This format allowed me to meet the people I would be working with and understand the what each team values and challenges they face. The technical recruiter, Teresa M, was very helpful and extremely responsive. She gave a clear description of the position before the interview process, and was very accommodating when I need to reschedule. The Director, I interviewed was very easy to talk to and made the interview process comfortable. She answered all my questions in great detail, which gave me clarity I needed in making my decision. A week later she followed up with me to make sure I was aware of where things are. We even discussed my feedback after I declined the offer.
