My interview process was quick and easy! They ask you whether you have had any previous retail experience and some personality questions. The store manager followed up quickly as well with next steps.
The whole entire interview was a pretty simple process, I went in and the manager asked me questions based off my resume. Was interviewed by two people. Interviewed for a sales position based in NYC.

They take you out to a bench outside of the store. They hold out a pen and say "now sell this pen to me". It took less that 1 minute.
