I felt there is less scope for challenges for software engineers. If the job role is related to AI/ML, then it may good role to consider.
All the interviews were quiet easy.

The only negative is experience I have was, they did not shared the interview results even after one month, but promised to get back to me in one day.

1st round was a technical screen with a hiring manager.
2nd round was an loop of 4 interviews: 1 coding, 1 design, 2 behavioral.
The entire process took about 3 weeks.
Overall, the process was smooth. The team was really nice and seemed very excited about my experience and what I could bring to the team. I declined because they couldn't quite meet my salary requirements. Granted, I do think this startup has a lot of upside and potential, so RSO value might outweigh the lower salary at some point.

design was not too bad. They wanted me to explain reasoning and tradeoffs for decisions I made.
behavioral interview was typical.
