Die Teilnehmer (drei) waren alle sehr freundlich, wir haben Kaffee getrunken und es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch, man war sichtlich bemüht eine entspannte Atmosphäre herzustellen. es tauchten keine heiklen Fragen auf, bis auf eine vielleicht, aber es in jedem Fall keine Frage Antwort Prozedere wie es manchmal so läuft. es blieb viel Zeit um Fragen zu stellen und so entstand tatsächlich ein Gespräch und kein Interview

The first interview included general questions mostly about my previous job experiences. I was also asked for general expectations for annual salary. The second interview took place in the plant with prospective colleagues from Germany and the USA. It took almost all day and was pretty long and tiring. I felt exhausted during the last meeting, which was online with people working in the USA. It was morning there so they were quite energic, maybe it was their first meeting of the day.
