Applied online and was asked for an initial phone interview. I thought the phone call went well but who knows. I'm not so irritated to leave this review because they didn't pick me. They are a lot of great candidates out there in this competitive job market. It's the fact that I did not hear a single word from them again after the call. Plenty of programs and software out there to use and send a generic "we have move forward with other candidates" to at least notify candidates. They wouldn't be happy if their top candidate ghosted them so in return they should ghost candidates they engage with.
